Issue descriptionChrome Version: 70.0.3538.45 (Official Build) Revision cbdc32e4334458954e9def214d7e5fa1ca1960eb-refs/branch-heads/3538@{#830} (64-bit) OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10,12,6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5, 10.14.1), Linux(14.04 LTS). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, open chrome://welcome page on first NTP. 2. Open NTP next to it. 3. Open chrome task manager from wrench menu. 4. End process for chrome://welcome page first and then end process for NTP. 5. Observe. Actual: Sad Face icon is not seen on tab strip when process is killed for NTP from task manager. Expected: Sad face icon should be seen on tab strip when process for NTP is killed from task manager. This is a regression issue, broken in M-70 series, and below is the per-revision-bisect-info Good Build: 70.0.3503.0(Revision:578160) Bad Build: 70.0.3504.0(Revision:578510) You are probably looking for a change made after 578333 (known good), but no later than 578334 (first known bad). Hi Elly, Yes, checked on Win(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) OS using latest Canary #71.0.3570.0 and issue is reproducible on them. Thank You!
