Security: google chrome time's bug

VULNERABILITY DETAILS

There is a one-hour (60-minute) time lag between google chrome, google apps, and real-time computer. The google chrome browser does not sync with the time of the computer's clock.

This error only appears on Version 69.0.3497.100 (Official Build) (32-bit)

this error can be very damaging for Google Chrome users and google apps that require synchronous time support or time-based checks

Thanks for the report. This could be happening due to timezone mismatches. Could you please check that your system is using the correct timezone? Also, more details such as your OS version or the output of "new Date()" in the JavaScript console would be useful.

It's unlikely that this is a security bug, but I'll keep it open until we hear back from you.
