Shelf item ripple doesn't disappear on double click if context menu open |

Issue descriptionSteps to repro: 1- Open a shelf context menu (right click, or click if multiple windows are open) 2- Double click a different shelf icon I'd expect this would do something like launch the app you clicked in step two, but instead the ripple gets stuck.
