The update is still in progress. It won't be going live until M70 content rolls out. I can confirm the link is correct and will open to the correct section upon publishing per this bug https://buganizer.corp.google.com/issues/117129682 Does it need to go live sooner?

Nope, that sounds good, thanks! I can land the change the use the new URL before the change goes live (it still works as before, without automatically showing the Symantec text). Then, the new support URL will be used starting in M71.
