From log histogram page always returns "Stats accumulated from browser startup to previous page load; reload to get stats as of this page load.\n\nRefresh" Something is wrong so Media.GpuArcVideoDecodeAccelerator.InitializeResult is not ticked. By the way, I'll replace histogram_verifier.verify() with histogram_verifier.HistogramDiffer() to have better error message. https://chrome-internal-review.googlesource.com/c/chromeos/autotest-cheets/+/689951
