Specific users cannot log into some of our Grab and Go loaners, and we're not sure why. The same users can log into other GnG loaners, and the same loaners work for other people's corp logins. The failure mode is that after a successful login, the spinning circle icon appears as if the desktop is about to load, but instead the user is returned to the login screen. Behavior is repeatable.
One example device, for which I raised internal bug b/117146913, showed the login failure for a couple users, though I can log into the same device fine. I've uploaded device logs after a failed login here:

The user tried to log in at 12:04pm EDT. He entered his corp username and password, and was prompted for a security key. His insertion of the USB security key is visible in the logs. But after touching the security key, the device returned him to the login screen. Happy to provide other data if needed, and I have the device in hand for further testing.
