OnSubmit do not get called when debugging

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. https://jsfiddle.net/ftgk9xmo/8/ 2. If you comment/uncomment the debugger you will see how onSubmit gets called or not. Note: Try with dev tools open. What is the expected behavior? On Submit gets called. What went wrong? See jsfiddle. It is intended behavior, we allow to debug only one event at the same time, so unfortunately you need to put breakpoint at each handler separately to debug them.

Hi, I am not trying to debug onSubmit. The other event does not even get triggered. It works in safari.

We do not have generic way to postpone events and be able to run it when execution is resumed so we just drop events in queue. I merged this bug to the bug that has the same root, please follow progress there.
