This bug was created to test if Neeraj has crbug.com create/edit permissions. 
That said, the label "wificell" in cautotest/ is confusing for new users who ned to know that "pool:wificell" is what they really want. 

This is a no-op. 

wificell label is used for few different pools including wificell, groamer, stress-wifi (not many devices in this right now). We use this label for overall tracking of devices in all wificells in the labs. All tests also have this as a dependency though that may not be needed.


You can use the pool: labels as listed above to look for devices in specific pools or wificell label to see all wifi lab (non-interop) devices at once.
