Currently, the tot linux coverage builder only tests a few small targets, and I think it's not comprehensive enough. For example, the issue described in crbug.com/891320 was not caught.

Once crbug.com/891320 is resolved, a large test target should be added to ToTLinuxCoverage to make sure this won't happen again.
