Dynamic Type: QR code text isn't scaling up |

Issue descriptionWith large fonts. What steps will reproduce the problem? Open the QR Code Scanner. What is the expected result? The text should be scaled up. What happens instead? The font size is the same.

Verified the issue on the build version 72.0.3582.0 canary tested on iPhone and iPad iOS 12, QR Code text size increase on increasing the device font size,looks good.
