Dynamic Type: Site Information isn't scaling up

With large fonts.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a WebPage
(2) Open "site information" from the tools menu

What is the expected result?
The site information text in the popup should have large fonts.

What happens instead?
The font doesn't change.
