What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the Secure Shell app
2. Connect to a corp machine (e.g. cloudtop instance)
3. Prepare to touch gnubby
What is the expected result?
Gnubby window requesting touch shows up on screen.
(I would also accept "text in secure shell app indicates that you should touch your gnubby")
What happens instead of that?
~50% of the time, the gnubby window shows up *behind* the secure shell app, hidden from view. This is more troubling if recently reconnecting the gnubby, because the window requesting the passphrase is also hidden.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Screenshot would just show the Secure Shell app showing the following text:
Welcome to Secure Shell App version 0.8.45.

The window is maximized when this happens. I'm using two external monitors (using a CableDocks dual-HDMI dock) and the Secure Shell app is on my secondary monitor.
Once again, this only happens ~50% of the time.
