Glitch video when scrolling

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
On the page https://www.wrike.com/marketing-project-management-vb/ there are three videos. they run once when scrolling before them. If you continue just scrolling through the page, then the second and third videos start to flash briefly

What is the expected behavior?
Video with further scrolling should not blink

What went wrong?
Flashing video

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.6

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 69.0.3497.100 also on latest chrome 71.0.3568.0 using Mac 10.13.6.  
 
Same behavior is seen on M60(60.0.3112.113) hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged.

Note: Issue not seen on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04
