Currently there's "Indonesian" and "Malay" input options on CrOS that are both labelled "US English" (in the language menu) and "US" (in the VK itself, and in the shelf), because they're essentially: <layout=US-English, IME=none, LM=none>.
Effectively, we can have multiple "US English" entries in the Language Menu. This is confusing and somewhat inconsistent.
Indeed we do *not* really support "Indonesian" and "Malay" languages due to missing LMs, but the user settings make it look like we do. This could also be the case for other languages that only need a basic Latin layout (e.g. "US English") with no IME required, while we're not supplying LM support.
