Steps:
1. Go to go/crosba
2. Click "update list"
(now URL looks like, e.g., https://chromiumos-build-annotator.googleplex.com/build_annotations/builds_list/master-paladin/?num_builds=30&latest_build_id=2994590)
3. wait a while, for new builds
4. click "update list"

Expected:
List refreshes to show you the latest build

What happens:
List does not show you the latest build


Maybe this is user error, but it really wasn't clear at all why the update button did nothing useful, even though it appeared to reload the page. Maybe this is just a WontFix with "use the refresh button instead."
