Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. I have several tabs open and I want to bookmark all of them into an existing folder at once 2. I click " Bookmark all tabs" and choose the folder I want the bookmarks in. 3. The bookmarks is placed in a new folder called "New folder" inside the bookmarks folder I wanted the bookmarks in. What is the expected behavior? I would expect that the bookmarks would go into the chosen folder. What went wrong? It was created a new folder inside the chosen folder, with the bookmarks inside. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I know this has been brought up before: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=171094#c11 And even though it was brought up 5 years ago, nothing has happened. It's still the same way and it is really annoying. I'm no expert, but it is clearly not the way it should be and it seems like an easy fix. Will it ever be fixed?

As per comment #0 and #2, the issue seems to be a feature request. Hence, marking it as untriaged for further inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!

It would be great if the devs had time for this. If I get a question about this issue at the Google Chrome Forum, I'll ask users to follow this issue. Here's one example: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/ZGGvuK2Oagw
