What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In a browser tab, open https://airhorner.com, and click the install button
2. Verify AirHorner is pinned to the shelf, in the recent items at the top of the launcher, and listed in the installed apps in the launcher.
3. Close AirHorner
4. Open the launcher, right click on AirHorner and chrome Remove from Chrome...
5. In a browser tab, open https://airhorner.com, and click the install button

What is the expected result?
AirHorner is pinned to the shelf, in the recent items at the top of the launcher, and listed in the installed apps in the launcher.

What happens instead of that?
AirHorner is pinned to the shelf (good), in the recent items at the top of the launcher (good), and is NOT listed in the installed apps in the launcher. Because it's not listed in the list of installed apps, I'm unable to uninstall it.

The only way I've been able to get it to show up in the list of installed apps is to reboot the computer.
