After turning on full sync, cards are showing in settings, but not in autofill UI |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 70.0.3538.41 OS: Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Sign in to content area with test account that has payments cards (2) Click sync promo, and click blue button to opt in to sync (3) Check about:settings/payments and test autofill on site. What is the expected result? Cards are showing in settings, and suggested in autofill dropdown What happens instead? I cannot repro on Linux, but looking at the tester report, it seems like it's a Windows issue. It'll take me some time to get a Windows machine and build Chrome, do anyone on the sync team have one?

Found a colleague that has one. Will look at this tomorrow on their machine.

I just tried to repro this, and I noticed that in the video, the "Save and fill payments methods" toggle is off. That means that this bug almost WAI, and the remaining issue (it's still showing the cards in the payments method list) is a dupe of crbug.com/887408 . |
