[Wallet sync] Many histograms not reported for AUTOFILL_WALLET_METADATA

These histograms are empty for the (Directory implementation of) autofill wallet metadata sync:
Sync.ModelTypeMemoryKB.AUTOFILL_WALLET_METADATA
Sync.ModelTypeEntityChange.AUTOFILL_WALLET_METADATA
Sync.ModelTypeCount4.AUTOFILL_WALLET_METADATA

Some other histograms have non-zero entries:
Sync.DataTypeStartFailures
Sync.DataTypeRunFailures
Sync.ConfigureDataTypes
Sync.AutofillWalletMetadataConfigureFailure
DataUse.Sync.Download.Bytes - wallet metadata bucket

[UMA] Fix one suffix name for sync

This CL fixes a mismatch in naming for one histogram suffix. The new
name from this CL has been used for a long time for uploading to UMA.
This CL makes the data finally possible to look at.
