Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Chromebook set to beta channel
2. version 70 is downloaded and installed
3. existing L2TP/IPsec VPN no longer works

What is the expected behavior?
Working L2TP

What went wrong?
IPsec is established OK, L2TP starts connecting but then the Chromebook disconnects the L2TP and re-connects a couple of times.
PPP login is never performed.

Did this work before? Yes 69 - it works again now I went back to stable version
