Should this be a Blocker since the UI is switched to Old UI. HYD team mentioned that this is not reproduced 5/5 times, but seen more frequently on iOS10.3.3 and occasionally on iOS11.4.1. Please take a look if this is expected.

Looking at https://cs.corp.google.com/piper///depot/google3/googledata/googleclient/chrome/finch/studies/IOSUIRefreshRolloutWithHoldbackBeta.json?q=OldUIControl_Stage2&g=0&l=25 This shows that IOSUIRefreshRolloutWithHoldback finch study is ENABLED for Beta Channel for versions 69.* and higher, which includes 70.* as well. I should end that experiment. This behavior is Beta Channel only, so should not have any impact on M70 release.
