What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Go to Google Play apps and services screen >> Click on 'More' button and observe

Actual: Unwanted division of screen is seen for Google Play apps and services page
Expected:No such division of screen should be seen for Google Play apps and services page

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 71.0.3562.0/11107.0.0 dev

Note: This issue may be related to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=890662. However filing this issue as this is ARC device specific and for tracking purpose.
