SIGSEGV in blink::CSSTokenizer::ConsumeIdentLikeToken()

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) snap Chromium/69.0.3497.100 Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
This bug was reported against the chromium package in Ubuntu (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/+bug/1795298):

 « Opened 14 tabs and this tab crashed: https://www.techspot.com/
   Reloaded the page OK. Didn't notice any other problem, but got the crash report. »

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The renderer process crashed for that one tab. I'm attaching a full stacktrace.

Tested this issue on Linux rodete using chrome 69.0.3497.100 as per the steps below:

1. Navigated to https://www.techspot.com/ and Opened 14 more tabs 
2. And no tab crash is observed.

Adding blink>>CSS component for someone from the team to provide inputs on this.

@olivier: Could you please provide crash id from chrome://crashes.

There's no crash id as this is chromium, not chrome.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Without a crash report or a way to reproduce I'm afraid there isn't much we can do. Also note that the linked bug report (launchpad.net) gives a 404.
