Regression:Sad face icon without any error message is seen when clicked on 'Task checker' extension icon.

Chrome Version: 70.0.3538.41 (Official Build)Revision c765a24e76247f4f797cff6f783460a7d4023752-refs/branch-heads/3538@{#762}(32/64-bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac (10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14) and Linux (14.04 LTS)

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome and navigate to above URL.
2.Download the extension and Right click on extension icon present in RHS of omnibox.
3.Observe.

Actual Result:Sad face icon without any error message is seen when clicked on extension icon.
Expected Result:No such sad face should be seen when clicked on extension icon and proper error message should be displayed on overlay of extension.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-70’ and will inform the bisect info:
Good Build : 70.0.3521.0(Revision :582484)
Bad Build : 70.0.3522.0 (Revision :582755)

You are probably looking for a change made after 582541 (known good), but no later than 582545 (first known bad).

Note:
1. Tried to perform 'per-revision' bisect but it shows "We don't have enough builds to bisect" error message (tried on different machines but still got the same error.)
2. Hence providing suspect through 'Chromium bisect'.

The extension is embedding https://accounts.google.com/... in an iframe, but accounts.google.com opted-out with X-Frame-Options to 'deny'.

There is an error:

My patch make the error to turn into an error page instead of an blank page. There was a previous bug preventing us from displaying an error page initially which has been fixed)

I guess this is a WontFix issue. The extension needs to be fixed.
I will contact the developer using the webstore link. They will now there is an issue with their extension. If they think there is a bug in Chrome, I hope they will comment on this issue.
