Pre condition :
1. Change browser language to 'Hindi' from chrome://settings/languages
2. There should be atleast one password saved in chrome://settings/passwords .
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://settings/passwords
2. Now click on 'More actions' iron icon and select 'Details'
3. Observe 'वेबसाइट' text under save password dialog
Actual Result: 'वेबसाइट' text appears chopped from top
Expected Result: 'वेबसाइट' text should be seen properly
This is regression issue broken in ‘M-69’ and will soon update other info:
Good build: 69.0.3450.0 (Revision: 564324)
Bad build : 69.0.3451.0 (Revision: 564768)
Using the 'per-revision' script providing the bisect result:
You are probably looking for a change made after 564676 (known good), but no later than 564677 (first known bad).
