Regression: Overlapped text with buttons is seen in Connect to Network screen of OOBE

Chrome Version:71.0.3565.0/11115.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Kip
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build >> In OOBE,Go to Connect to Network screen and observe

Actual: Overlapped text with buttons is seen
Expected: No such overlapping should be seen 

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 71.0.3562.0/11107.0.0 dev
