Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect USB Mouse or BT Mouse
2. Change to tent mode (from 180 ~290 degree?)
3. Move mouse

What is the expected behavior?
Mouse cursor should be normal.

What went wrong?
Cursor is blinking.

This issue is fixed in latest OS version. (M71)
However i think this fixing can be applied into M70.

Can i please check CL list between 71.0.3558.0 and 71.0.3561.0 ?
