facebood wants flash download says mine is wrong

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. down load new flash player
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
still not working

What went wrong?
flash is being used each time I go to facebook games have to allow the flash

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: adobe

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported chrome 69.0.3497.100 Using Windows 10. 
Steps:
---------
1. Launched reported chrome 
2. Navigated to https://www.facebook.com/ and signed in and played some games
As we are not seen allow the flash popup 

@Reporter: Can you verify this issue with fresh profile that is not having any extensions and apps or reset all the flags. Let us know whether issue still persists.
