printing a web page leaves out much of the important info shown on the page

Reported by peterjca...@gmail.com, Sep 30

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to a web page
2. right click on the web page and click print
3. observe that much of the info from the page is not shown on the print preview and does not show up on a printed page.

What is the expected behavior?
Printing, prints what I see on the web page.

What went wrong?
Printing only prints oddly selective parts of the web page leaving out important info that I am trying to save without using a pencil and paper

Did this work before? Yes not sure

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 31.0.0.108

always works properly on other browsers - IE and Edge
