#enable-content-fullscreen not working

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.35 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. enable chrome://flags/#enable-content-fullscreen 2. open an youtube video 3. make the video full screen What is the expected behavior? Fullscreen content window detaches from main browser window and goes to a new space without moving or changing the original browser window. What went wrong? video stays just inside the chrome windows, never using full screen Did this work before? Thanks for filing the issue! Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 70.0.3538.35 using Mac 10.13.1 and the same issue isn't seen in 65.0.3325.162. From comment#0 it is understood that, this issue is a followup of Issue 830109 , hence cc'ing "sdy@" from the mentioned issue for further inputs. @sdy: Tentatively marking it as Untriaged and requesting you to let us know if Bisect info is required.

This is an unfinished intern project and I'm surprised that it worked for this long :-). That's why issue 588114 is still open and this is still behind a flag. Essentially it has to be re-implemented in Views. I'm going to close this as WontFix (because the flag is known to not work), but I'm very much in favor of finishing and launching this in Views.

@sdy That's the thing... It broke on m67, I waited till m70 for the other fix, and worked for one partial release. When I upgraded within m70 it broke again It's a really great feature, and I hope to use it a lot, soon enough.
