Show multiple bookmark elements which show '(empty)'

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a new bookmark folder
2. Click a new bookmark folder and move a mouse pointer into another bookmark folder
3. Switch back a mouse pointer into the newly created empty bookmark bar.

What is the expected behavior?
Just show one element of the bookmark which show '(empty)'

What went wrong?
Show multiple bookmark elements which show '(empty)'

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.4
Flash Version: 

I also checked this bug at
