Does not display NY Times aritcles

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (iPad; CPU OS 10_3_3 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/603.1.30 (KHTML, like Gecko) CriOS/69.0.3497.105 Mobile/14G60 Safari/602.1

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to https://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/29/business/tesla-musk-sec-settlement.html

What is the expected behavior?
Displays NY times article

What went wrong?
Article starts to display and then the screen goes blank on my up to date iPad - not related to this version, its happened for a long time

Works fine on iPad 4, with Chrome 69.0.3497.105 and iOS 10.3.3. What kind of iPad was used to reproduce the problem.

I tested with A1458, which is WiFi-only model (A1460 has cellular). Lindsay, can someone from Test team look for repro steps?
If this helps: I always use WiFi for my Internet access and my Cellular data has been switched off for years

Srikanth, can you please see if you or someone in MTV can repro on iOS10 iPad?
We don't have the exact same iPad model with iOS version.
Tested on couple of iPads with iOS10.3.3 and the article linked in the bug report is loading fine. I don't see any issues.

michael.r.wilson@ Can you add more details about "screen goes blank". May be a screenshot/video.
