Reported by chem...@gmail.com, Sep 28

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

I did some debugging and it looks like Chrome *does* use the 32x32 icon but then it scales it down to 16x16 and uses that for the taskbar icon.

Besides the attached example you can also look at the Hangouts extension. Pushbullet shows the same problem when you pop it out.

After a lot of googling, I was able to find old issues that look related:

Both were automatically closed because there was no activity :(

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.3, Win-10 and Ubuntu 17.10 using chrome reported version #69.0.3497.100 and latest canary #71.0.3573.0.
This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds.

Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team.

Thanks...!!
