Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. In the main window, press Ctrl+J to open the Downloads view, nothing happens.
2. Same with Alt+Home to open the home page
3. Same with Ctrl+Shift+O for the bookmarks manager
4. Same with F1 to Open the Chrome Help Center in a new tab
5. Many more are not working...

What is the expected behavior?
Some shortcuts may not work because the Android version has a limited feature set compared to the desktop versions.
But for feature that are available, the keyboard shortcut should work on the Android version as well. 

What went wrong?
To improve accessibility, all the features available on the Android version should be actionable with the same keyboard shortcuts as the desktop version.
