Something went wrong with the table rendering since the latest versions

Reported by jeremie....@gmail.com, Sep 28

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open http://smart-data.engieaxima-automation.fr/Agathe
2.
3.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Since the latest versions, gaps appeared in the corners of the middle table. Also the background image in the left table is rendered at a lower quality than it should.
It renders correctly in older versions of Chrome and all other browsers.

Did this work before? Yes I don't know exactly before Version 69.0.3497.100 (Build officiel) (64 bits) on windows 7

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 31.0.0.108

Possibly the same problem as issue 889426 .
I face the same problems - see attached files

I can confirm the problem on http://smart-data.engieaxima-automation.fr/Agathe
(the spaces between table cells are visible in Chrome 69 but not in IE or Edge). My web page with this issue is on https://www.quizshow-trainingslager.de. The spaces between the table cells even depend on the viewport of the chrome browser. Very strange.
