headless chrome with proxy-server settings does not work

Issue description
Chrome Version : 68.0.3440.106 (32-bit)

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox:
Edge:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launched chrome in headless mode using Selenium webdriver and proxy-settings in nodejs code
(2) headless mode works with chrome individually
(3) proxy-setting works with chrome individually
(4) combing both chrome options does not work
What is the expected result? UI tests should pass with proxy in headless mode
What happens instead? Console dost not print anything and time out after sometimes as it is waiting for page to launch
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Thanks for filing the issue! As per comment# 0 steps to reproduce the problem, issue seems to be related to Selenium WebDriver which is out of scope for TE to triage it, hence adding TE-NeedsTriageHelp label and requesting someone from the Dev team to have a look at this issue. Thanks! |
