Clicking inside an IFRAME is not working in Elm device

Chrome Version: 71.0.3558.0
OS/Platform: 11097.0.0 Elm

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://webrtc.github.io/test-pages/src/iframe-apprtc/
(2) Try clicking inside the IFRAME and Join the room

What is the expected result?
Its possible to click and join the room 

What happens instead?
Click doesn't work inside the IFRAMEs

I have the same issue on 71.0.3558.0 dev, platform Edgar (11097.0.0).

See attached variations, found on chrome://version. Using incognito does not help.

Form is working on mobile device and in Firefox android app on chromebook

I fixed the issue on my device by forcing the viz-hit-testing flag to disabled and restarting chrome, as suggested in  issue 880122 .

Attached current variations.
