Regression: The Omnibox should Hide https/http/www/m

Chrome Version (chrome://70.0.3538.35 )
OS + version: Linux 14.04 Windows 10 Mac 10.13.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome 
(2) Navigate to popular sites like https://www.google.com/ and http://www.bbc.com/
(3) Observe the Omnibox

What is the expected result?
The Omnibox should Hide https/http/www/m 

What happens instead?
The Omnibox not Hiding the protocol/domain names https/http/www/m

We are still experimenting with this feature. Everything is as expected.
