Regression: Weird focus blink is seen on recent items in App launcher |

Issue descriptionChrome Version:71.0.3562.0/11106.0.0 dev channel Blaze,Candy,Paine OS: Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into user >> Keep open App launcher >> Rotate the screen(Press Ctrl+Shift+Reload)and observe at recent apps Actual:Weird focus blink is seen on recent items Expected: No such weird dfocus blink should be seen This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 70.0.3538.22/11021.19.0 beta channel and 71.0.3544.0/11061.0.0 dev Attached the screencast for reference..

C #1 No,the device was not started up when the video was taken. I had started the device long back.

Ok. This is a known issue with the way blur works. It takes in pixels surrounding it, and that effects the blurs color. +weidongg who is tracking this issue. Probably a dupe?

+shibasheikh@, should we remove blur for suggestion chip in clamshell mode to mitigate this issue. In clamshell mode, blur is not very obvious with black background.

This should be fixed after blur is disabled in clamshell mode. |
