Checkbox set focus does not give the same effect as press tab key

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
For example

Go to url
https://jsfiddle.net/jcf1dp87/3/

When i focus on textbox1 and press enter key, it focus on checkbox1 but it does not give the same effect as press tab key 

What is the expected behavior?
It give the same effect as press tab key

What went wrong?
It does not give the same effect as press tab key

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

It looks like a regression, it seems to work as you expect in Chrome 68. Chrome 69 - 71 reproduce the issue.
