Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run Files app.
2. Copy any file outside 'Downloads'. (ex) USB,SD,Google Drive
3. Click 'My files' on left panel.
4. Double click 'Downloads' on right panel to open.
5. Paste the file on 'Downloads'.

What is the expected behavior?
file copy should be carried out normally. 

What went wrong?
The file copy gets stuck in the beginning and doesn't end forever.

Since the problem happens,
 - unable to be cancelled as well.
 - it has been impossible to copy another file.
 - never recovered until the system rebooted or the process killed.
