Chrome OS screenshot notifications collapse/expand icon reversed

On Chrome OS ToT @ #594758:
(1) Open the system tray
(2) Take a screenshot (Ctrl+F5)
Expected: notification and tray bubble collapse/expand icons match
Actual: notification and tray bubble collapse/expand icons reversed

The system tray shows '^' when small and 'v' when big, which makes sense.
The notification shows the opposite icons (broken); see attached.
