Exceeds limit of kVariationsKeySize

Hit NOTREACHED() in:

https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/71.0.3563.0/components/variations/variations_crash_keys.cc#152

Not sure where the data come from. This happens everytime I run development build on Android.
