Keyboard shortcut viewer has different tab height in mus vs cash

Keyboard shortcut viewer has different tab height in mus vs cash.
The spec is set to 32px.
mus app has the correct height: 32px.
but cash has the wrong height: 36px.

The height is different between KSV app and non-app (--disable-features=ash-keyboard-shortcut-viewer-app)?
Weird, I don't know offhand what would cause that; maybe resources/constants are linked differently?
I think this is worth investigation, but it's a rather low severity defect.

Yes, the difference is KSV app vs non-app.
KSV app has the correct height.
