Update WebAuthn BLE device selection message string

Replace 

'To see your security key, it needs to be in pairing mode. Press the 
button on your key for at least 5 seconds.'

with 

'If your security key isn't listed, press the key's button for at least 5 seconds.'

Fix WebAuthN BLE device selection reminder label

Replace the current string "To see your security key, it needs to be in
pairing mode. Press the button on your key for at least 5 seconds."
with the string "If your security key isn't listed, press the key's
button for at least 5 seconds".
