Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Go to a site, move the mouse. Sometimes you get garbled pixels, as in the screenshot below. What is the expected behavior? Sites and interface should look normal What went wrong? Display includes garbage, maybe dislocated pixels, as can be seen in the screenshot. This includes the web pages and the chrome interface. I haven't seen this in other applications, including firefox. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable OS Version: Xubuntu 16.04 Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce the issue on ubuntu 17.10 using chrome reported version #69.0.3497.100 and latest dev #71.0.3559.6. Attached a screen shot for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Navigated to wikipedia.org and moved the mouse. 2. Did not observe any garbled pixels. noamraph@ - Could you please check the issue on latest dev #71.0.3559.6 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. I downloaded chrome-dev 71.0.3559.6 and I don't see the garbled pixels. chrome://gpu shows something quite different - now many items are hardware accelerated, while before, none were. I attach the gpu details. Thanks, Noam

Unable to reproduce the issue on ubuntu 17.10 using chrome stable #70.0.3538.67 and latest stable #70.0.3538.77 as per comment #0. Did not observe any garbled pixels. Attached a screen cast and gpu_details for reference for reference. noamraph@ - Could you please check this issue on latest stable #70.0.3538.77 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
