Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Use a website with a long enough html5 Datalist to create scroll bar. (Example: http://jsfiddle.net/cxjm1vwh/) 2. Focus on the input field so the datalist appears with the scrollbar 3. Using only the keyboard arrow keys navigate down the list, the highlight will go below the end of the list, and the selected option will not be visible. You now are selecting items that are not visible to the user using the arrow keys What is the expected behavior? I would expected the selected items to be displayed to the user, the list should scroll down as needed to keep the selected item visible What went wrong? When you use the keyboard arrow keys to select from the list the selected item may not be visible to the user Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.3, Win-10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #69.0.3497.100 and latest canary #71.0.3568.0. This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!
