What steps will reproduce the problem?
Enable Harmony and Mirroring service with the following flag:
--enable-features=ViewsCastDialog,AudioServiceAudioStreams,NetworkService,MirroringService

1) Cast a tab (tab mirroring)
2) Close the tab being mirrored (with other tabs open some Chrome isn't closed)

Expected: Mirroring quickly ends on the receiver, and the MR cast dialog shows the session was terminated.

Actual: Casting doesn't terminate on device, it just freezes (after some time, the brain freeze screen appears then returns to home screen). The MR dialog UI shows device is still active.
