The Indian Standard Time (+0530) timezone name is wrong

Reported by champion...@gmail.com, Sep 27

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.13; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Run `Intl.DateTimeFormat().resolvedOptions().timeZone
`

What is the expected behavior?
Get "Asia/Kolkata"

What went wrong?
We get "Asia/Calcutta"

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 31.0 r0

Asia/Calcutta is historic. Current official IANA timezone name is Asia/Kolkata

Your computer needs to be in IST (+0530) timezone to see the bug

championswimmer@ Thanks for the issue.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.13.3 and Ubuntu 17.10 on the latest Stable 69.0.3497.100 and the latest Canary 71.0.3564.0.
Attached is the screen shot for reference.

This is a Non-Regression issue as this is observed from M-60 chrome builds.
Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev.

Thanks..
