What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> launch chrome >> goto chrome://settings/smbShares
(2)Click on Add File Share >> enter some value in File share URL
(3)keep the tab focus in display field >> hit Enter and observe
Actual:File share is getting added when the tab focus is in Display field
Expected: Instead, it should not get added when the tab focus is in Display field
Raising this as a Non-Regression issue seen from M-70 as it is a new feature
